Peru Andean Studies Program

The Peru Andean Studies Program through Washington University in St. Louis's Latin American Studies Program and the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, offers students a Spanish language immersion experience complete with excursions to sites like Cusco, Machu Picchu, Colca Canyon, museums, and more.

Students must have taken L45 Span 202 Intermediate Spanish II in order to apply for the Peru program.

While in the country, coursework and outings will concentrate on issues surrounding ethnicity, health, traditional medicine, and development. Participants will earn seven credits through three courses.

Trip Cost

The program price is $5,600, which includes tuition, excursions with air fare, and homestay and meal costs.
